Through POG, Primer provides a complete onshore logistics support base on a 24/7 basis for offshore oil and gas operators and multinational service companies and contractors. POG is equipped to manage and provide base facilities, warehouse storage and handling services, jetty operations, and transport and treatment of offloaded hazardous and non-hazardous waste. POG also provides qualified personnel for offshore catering and lifting operations.

Offshore Support Vessels
POG has the capability to accommodate the needs of the offshore industry in terms of chartering and vessel brokerage of platform supply vessels (PSVs), fast crew supply vessels (FCSVs), standby fire-fighting, anchor handling tug supply (AHTS), survey and remotely-operated vehicle (ROV) vessels.

Bunkering
POG offers top-tier bunkering services of all marine products including marine gas oil (MGO) as per ISO 8217:2012 specifications by acting as a physical supplier at all Lebanese ports and outside Lebanese territorial waters, and as a trader in all international strategic ports. Deliveries are provided according to MARPOL and SOLAS standards.
