Earthworks
At the inception of a new road project, Primer uses its in-house expertise in surveying and earthworks to prepare the ground for the highway. This can include piling, shoring and dewatering as well as soil improvement, bulk excavation and backfilling.
Pavement
From foundational works (subgrade, subbase and base course layers) to the asphalt components (bituminous base and wearing course), Primer is an industry leader both locally and regionally in paving applications. With several fully owned asphalt plants, we integrate upstream and downstream capacities to maximize quality and cost efficiency.
Structural Wall Works
To ensure that road structures are securely supported for long-term safety and reliability, Primer integrates expertise in the application of measures including reinforced concrete walls, earth walls, stone walls and nail walls.
Incidental Works
As a matter of course, Primer incorporates all incidental works accompanying road construction, including road markings, signs, guardrails and street lights, all the way up to advanced under-road infrastructure networks.
Hard and Soft Landscape
Alongside the road itself, Primer has the capacity and experience to handle all surrounding curbstone, sidewalk pavement and landscaping requirements.
