The REHABILITATION OF BEIT BEIRUT involved the reconstruction of an existing historical building located in Sodeco, in the heart of Beirut. The project was developed in cooperation with the Municipalies of Beirut and Paris. The façades were handled in a manner that preserved damage from the civil war. Additional built-up areas amounting to 1500 m2 have been added to the existing building according to a modern architectural style. The scope of work included structure, mechanical, electrical and plumbing works (MEP) and finishing works.
